We provide access to convenient, affordable, and quality primary care that serves the acute and chronic healthcare needs of our patients. We do this on a walk-in or scheduled basis in four offices located around the Bay Area. Our caring staff, led by our experienced Doctors, Nurse Practitioners, and Physician Assistants, is available to meet your needs seven days a week.
We provide expert medical care for a wide range of acute illness (like sore throat or cough) minor injuries, common chronic illnesses (like diabetes, high blood pressure, and asthma), physical exams, vaccinations, flu shots, prescription refills, laboratory tests, and wellness exams.
Our staff works hard to ensure the best outcome for all of our patients, and we offer bilingual services (English and Spanish) in each office.
Our Basic Visit costs $75. We do require payment in full at the time of service, and accept cash, Visa, Master Card, and debit cards.
You are welcome in any Access Health office, regardless of your insurance status.
We do not accept insurance, but will provide you with documentation to obtain reimbursement from your health insurance provider if you wish.
